We are writing this letter to thank you and your staff for the excellent professional service we recently received in the sale of our home in Palm Springs and the purchase of our new home in Rancho Mirage.
As you know, the sale of our home of 17 years was as much an emotional issue as it was a financial issue. Your years of experience and insight helped us make decisions that easily moved this transaction forward to a successful sale. Based on your input we were able to make our home appealing to potential buyers and in only two days were able to sell the home at full asking price. As we moved through the escrow process, your advice kept us focused on the completion of the sale and did not allow us to get sidetracked with small insignificant issues. Dealing with professionals like you and our buyer’s broker made this transaction smooth and easy.
The purchase of our new home was quite a different story. In this transaction, we encountered an extremely difficult and unhelpful seller and an inexperienced agent. Had we not liked the property so much we would have never put you and your staff through such a challenge. In fact, if you had not been so calm and objective, this transaction could have been easily terminated. The actions of the seller and her agent made it quite apparent how fortunate we were to have the experience and professionalism of Scott Lyle Realtors working for us.
