Dear Scott,
We are moved in, surrounded by boxes, re-painting the place, and
trying to find the coffeepot. Throughout the entire process, what kept
ringing true time-and-time again was the incredible level of service we
received from you and your firm.
Ours was not an easy transaction (if there is such a thing). .... As
each situation arose and no matter what the size, your firm handled it
(many times before you called me). Some of the issues really tested our
patience. In each case, you advised us to take the high road, and we
never compromised integrity during the heat of the moment. I believe we
always made fair and honest decisions ... and I thank you for this.

Dear Scott,
Just a note to personally thank you for your efforts in assisting in our acquisition of our new (to us) church building.
Last Sunday was an exciting and joyful day as we celebrated our first Sunday morning worship in there. Most of us could scarcely believe we were finally
in our own church, having been tenants
and temporary for so long.

Dear Scott,
What can we say. Our house is listed with a competitor for 6
months and NO sale. We list with you and the home is sold in 4
days!!!!! Wow!
And if that weren't enough, you immediately found us exactly what
we were looking for, which was not an easy task to do since all we
wanted was a half-a-million-dollar home for half the price. But, you
did it!
I don't know what to say except THANKS! Dealing with you and your
associates was one of the most pleasant experiences we have had! You
and they truly do know the meaning of Customer Service.
